Summer time ... time to improve my game
Posted: Thursday, May 31 at 12:01 am ET by Nate Robinson
I learned a lot about my game this season, made some improvements, and have a good idea of how I can get better.
I was way more poised this season and had a better understanding of the game. I didn’t force things, but learned to let the game come to me. That’s something I’m going to work on more in the future.
The more playing time I get, the more I figure things out. Knowing the time and situation and how to play in different situations. Next year hopefully, I’ll be even better.
It was a fun year, Isiah worked with me a lot. He’s hard on me, and that’s what I need. He’s a great mentor to me.
I want to be one of those great players, so I’m going to stay out here for most of the offseason and work hard to get better. I’ll be in the gym working out all summer –- no Rucker park for me this year.
I’m on my own right now. But I’ll talk to Isiah and see if we can get some young guys to get together and work out together.
And with that, I'm signing off for this season. Have a good summer, everyone!
